1. Purpose
Our subscriptions include generous allocations of AI voice answering minutes, automated work-order creations, and PMS sync events. This policy prevents abuse, automated bot dialing, call flooding, or unreasonable continuous telephony usage that impairs system availability.

2. Permitted Usage
aiNGo is built strictly for legitimate property management and leasing operations, including:
– Inbound tenant maintenance inquiries and emergency triage.
– Inbound prospective tenant leasing inquiries and tour scheduling.
– General vendor and office call routing.

3. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use aiNGo for:
– Automated telemarketing, robocalls, or mass unsolicited cold-calling campaigns.
– High-frequency spoofing or fraudulent caller ID manipulation.
– Continuous audio streaming or using the voice channel as an intercom/radio relay.
– Reselling or sublicensing the telephony channel to non-registered third parties.

4. Minute Allocations & Overage
4.1. Each plan tier includes a specified monthly voice minute quota.
4.2. Minutes are calculated from the moment the AI agent answers an incoming call until the call disconnects.

5. Enforcement
If aiNGo detects call patterns inconsistent with normal property management operations, we reserve the right to:
– Notify the account administrator and recommend an appropriate plan upgrade.
– Temporarily throttle concurrent call channels.
– Suspend telephony access in cases of suspected fraud or severe abuse.
