Each line is compared with the bank account’s register in your Rent Manager: deposits, checks, vendor payments and journal entries. Deposits are also matched to tenant payments.
Lines already in Rent Manager are marked so they are not entered twice. For everything else, pick what it is, edit if needed, tick the lines you want and post.
Wires, transfers, loans, bank fees and card payments are often entered as journal entries. aiNGo looks for them in your register.
When a line matches a deposit, check or journal entry on that bank account, aiNGo shows it, for example: “Already in Rent Manager: Journal entry #8068. Nothing to post.”
For money in, choose Tenant payment, Loan or owner money in, Transfer between your own accounts, Refund or Other income. aiNGo suggests a type when Rent Manager shows where the other side was booked.
