At first, it’s subtle.

You forget to send an email. Miss a message or two.

Then someone close to you points it out — “You’ve been on edge lately.”

You shrug it off. You’re building a business. Stress, mood swings, long hours — it’s just part of the hustle… right?

But it escalates.

Sleep gets shorter. Coffee intake goes up. You’re working harder and longer, but barely treading water.

And then, it hits.

Maybe it’s a panic attack. Maybe it’s something even more serious. But whatever form it takes, the root cause is the same — burnout.
